requet for help

i am using BB strom 2 9550 but of late i am unable to use my phone to make calls, i tried resetting but everytime i restart i get the following messages on my screen: Uncaught exception: Index 6 >= 6 and after pressing OK several time another message apperars as....Uncaught exception: Application Registry. get Or wait for (0x7c802477365c3985) owner died Thread (Thread-94679040,5) and upon pressing OK several times i get to the screen but cannot make or receive any calls. I have been trying to surf the net and the BB site but could not find any solution to my problem. I would be very thankful if any one incluidgn the BB professionals coudl help me out. thanks

With the BlackBerry powered ON, remove and leave the battery out for about five minutes.

Does the error persist after reinserting the battery?

thanks for your help, i tried your recommendation but still the problem persists. I am unable to use my phone….need some help . Anybody???

I am trying to help.

You should wipe your device with BBSAK and reload the operating system.
See the link below for the download, and follow these simple installation instructions.

 

Follow the instructions here:

Then, locate your carrier and the OS file you wish to use.

Do a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > Backup. Close Desktop Manager upon completion.

1. Download the OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.
2. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
3. Plug in BB and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.
