I would guess not, but you can always cancel your contract and pay the fee, I think it's something like $175 per line (read your contract).
Question: did you switch to Verizon just to get the Storm? and if so, did you ask this question at the time of sale? If there was any indication that you would be locked into the contract even after returning the device I would've had to seriously consider the move I was about to make.
I normally don't like to make assumptions, but it seems a lot of people switched to Verizon for the Storm. To me, it's a tad irresponsible (financially) to go hopping from provider to provider just to follow the latest technology.

If I return my Storm to Verizon, within the 30 day window, can I also cancel the contract for service?
