setting up email outlook web access

Hello,

I'm new to the blackberry community and I'm having difficulty linking my work email account via outlook web access.  I have a HTTPS link and was wondering if that is my issue.  If anyone can assist, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Ted

Re: setting up email outlook web access

Hi and Welcome!

You should follow these instructions for setting up via OWA:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB03133&sliceId=2&docTy...

Cheers!

Hello,

You provided details? If I may ask, where are those details? They are not in your post here...

You say you have an error message...one of the details that would be helpful is the exact wording of that error message. Otherwise, we have to guess -- and there truly are thousands of possibilities. Also, if you are following the above instructions, please provide the exact result of each step, complete and with details.

Thanks!

Re: setting up email outlook web access

First, you should never reveal personal information in a public forum. (The mods will redact it shortly.)

Second, I can't possibly match up what you've said with the detailed instructions from above.

Third, you've still not said what this error message is.

Let us know.

Re: setting up email outlook web access

OK...so, now you need to tell me how you got to that point. In the KB linked above, there are several methods of attempting to configure an OWA account onto a BB...which did you use?

Clearly, I am not asking my questions adequately. What I need to know is which, of the two method in the above linked KB, you used? The on-device email setup application or (from a PC) the web-based configuration tool?
