speakerphone

My speaker phone doesn't work at all! It's not set on silent or mute. When I play music without my headphones...nothing! I can't even hear the ring tones when I receive calls...
Can some please help me or should I return my phone. Just bought it today

Hey Sebz10,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Thanks for the question.

 

I would suggest creating a backup of your data through BlackBerry Link.  Then I would suggest performing a security wipe, follow these steps:

 

1. On the BlackBerry Z10 go to Settings.

2. Click on Security>Security Wipe.

3. Type in BlackBerry and press Wipe data.  

 

Please note:  This will erase all data on the BlackBerry Z10, once completed test the speakerphone prior to restoring any data.
