I would suggest creating a backup of your data through BlackBerry Link. Then I would suggest performing a security wipe, follow these steps:
1. On the BlackBerry Z10 go to Settings.
2. Click on Security>Security Wipe.
3. Type in BlackBerry and press Wipe data.
Please note: This will erase all data on the BlackBerry Z10, once completed test the speakerphone prior to restoring any data.
