storm camera

I have been trying to fix my camera for sometime now.someone just suggested I go back to my old version of software. Pls does anyone have an idea or a link on how to degrade my software.

What happened with your camera? Which version of OS you're using currently?

Software is v 4.7.0.14, and camera says could not start camera,close all applications and try again

Mine does that once in a while, usually right after I've been listening to Slacker radio. Have you tried a battery pull? That takes care of it for me.

Sorry so long to answer. just joined. hope you still follow this thread.

I had the same problem, same message, tried all sorts of things (battery pulls, closing everything I could find, etc) Went to Verizon Store, complained. You will not believe what fixed it!! Kid said "you have too many cookies"! No hesitation on his part. He went to: Browser-BB button-Options-Cache Operations-Cookie Cache, and hit clear. Camera worked. Blew me away. I have no idea how cookies are related to the camera of all things, I didnt even know the phone kept cookies, but it worked for me. Now I occasionaly go and clear the cookies.

Hope this helps. Who knows what other odd things could be stopping you.
