  I have tried tried and then tried again over the past days, read and reread threads- (none of which were for Storm2-only for Storm1 , Curve etc)

I have followed the following suggestions:

     changed the conduit to MSOutlook
     changed it back to Palm conduit
     rebooted
     resynced the Palm to its Desktop
     ---  the "whole shebang", a few times.

Bottom line is when I get to the screen to SELECT PIM both of the options are clouded over i.e. not able to be selected.

Regarding the suggestions for Curve and BB8553 to go through MS Outlook, my Palm does not sync withPalm Desktop and to the BB if possible) my MS Outlook, I dont know why so I would rather go through the Palm Desktop sync if possible

(I am carrying around 2 smartphones now- the BB, and my Palm as a data bank)

BTW I posted this at the bottom of a thread as a reply to one of the moderators, but did not get a reply for a few days, so have reposted it as new. This has been going on for close to 2 weeks.
