I spilled a little water on my phone, the water damage indicator is still white.  I took out the battery cleaned up the phone and put it back in the phone. For a couple of days the phone wouldn't turn on and then when it did the screen wouldn't work. I was wondering how I could fix this. Does the phone need a new digitizer?

Do exactly as it says. Since you've already attempted to power it up before doing what is recommended, the likelihood of your BB coming back to life is further reduced. The only thing predictable about moisture intrusion into a BB is that the results will be unpredictable. I've seen some come back to life instantly and stay fine forever. I've seen others never come back to life, no matter what. And I've seen everything in between.

Only a hands-on qualified hardware technician could possibly say exactly what parts are fried and need replacement.
