Is the message exactly that? Or does it say something different?
On your model, it is typically required that you have an active BB-level data plan subscription, even if you only want to use WiFi for your activities (e.g., email, Browser, etc.). Lacking a proper data plan typically means no BB-proprietary functions at all on older devices.
So, please clarify the exact things you are attempting, the exact results of your attempts, along with the exact and complete content of the error messages presented. Also, be sure that you are subscribed, from your carrier (digicel, according to your profile here), to an adequate data plan to enable the services you desire to use.
