wmv file not playing

I need help. I recently bought the digital copy of the new Batman movie. I copied it to my Storm, but it doesn't work. It just resets....arghh. Please help! What do I do?

Hi and welcome to the forums,

Although the .wmv format is supported, you are dealing with a DRM protected file. 

The DRM protection must be removed before you can play the file. Attached find

links to a forum topic, and the KB for optimum video settings for the 9530.

My Storm won't play videos of any kind.  Not youtube, not email attached WMVs and not even when I record them on the phone itself.

I noticed that the B site says that the problem has been reported, but no date has been given for the problem to be solved.  Is there anything you can tell me about this, because I really feel ripped off by Blackberry and Verizon wireless for knowingly putting out a crap, unfinished product just so they could collect on the Christmas season cash.
