Email Sync

Is it possible to sync email between my BlackBerrry and Office Outlook 2010 - so that when I send an email on one device, it automatically shows up in the Sent Items on the other device?

Re: Email Sync

Only with an IMAP type email server or through being connected to a BES.

Re: Email Sync

To add, this KB governs for BIS:

  • KB05133 Email reconciliation features for the BlackBerry Internet Service

Note that all reconciliation is between the BB and the email server...your Outlook would have to be able to, on it's own, reconcile from the server IF the BB, via BIS, can place Sent Items onto the Server. Likewise the other way around (Outook would have to place a Sent Item onto the Server in order for BIS to reflect it on the BB, for those limited services that support it).

Good luck!
