I have my phone paired with my Honda hands free link however when I receive phone calls my phone will reboot. I have set the Bluetooth options to always trust this device and still am having the issue. Any recommendations?

I have the identical problem and it's quite frustratring. I notice it only happens on the first call after I've entered my car. Subsequent calls come in fine. It's that first call that blows up the phone and causes a reboot. Once the phone has rebooted I receive calls normally. I've looked for solutions everywhere to no avail. My Honda technician has not heard of this happening. A notoriously difficult problem to troubleshoot. I would appreciate some direction. Thanks. I am up-to-date on all my updates and releases.

Honda has an entire troubleshooting site for HandsFreeLink. It's available to technicians and the public alike. I wonder if your technician even bothered to look at the HFL site. Many techs seem to be unaware of Honda's own online help.
Go here:
Choose your vehicle and cell carrier. There is very extensive information available.
Despite the site not having "Honda" in its URL, it is operated by American Honda.
You did not say what model or year of Honda you have, otherwise I'd look things up for you.

Thanks for pointing me to this site. As you said, it's a great resource. Unfortunately, it lists my phone, the Blackberry Style as being incompatible. I guess this explains the problem on resetting in my 2012 Accord EX-L Sedan. I can make outgoing calls and answer any but the first call of the day. I put in a message to Handsfree support to see if this is permanent and means I have to wait until I upgrade my phone. Seems unfortunate that I happen to have a phone that is not supported by the first car I buy that has Bluetooth support! Thanks for the great reply that lead me to understanding the reason for my problem! Are you a Honda associate?

I'm not a Honda associate or connected with Honda in any way, but I have been fairly deeply involved with Honda automobiles for 20 years. I am therefore aware of most of the support options offered by American Honda and Honda Canada.
