My Carrier: Citywest

I have no send option on the list when replying to emails

I deleted all data and restored my info like I had heard to do but it didn't work. I can send new email messages but don't have that option when replying ro an email.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

This sounds like an issue with the service books. Restoring the Service Books database when your data was restored may have restored the issue as well.

I would suggest clearing your Service Books database and sending new email service books to your BlackBerry® Style™ 9670 smartphone. This KB article will help you clear the Service Book database. http://bbry.lv/lsuQXK

 

Once the database has been cleared, please reinsert your battery and resend your email service books. This KB article provides further instructions. http://bbry.lv/ky2Gm2

 

I would advise testing to make sure the issue has been resolved by sending new messages to your BlackBerry smartphone and replying to them, instead of replying to messages already received on the BlackBerry smartphone.

The messages received previously will need to be resent in order for you to reply to them since they were received using your previous service books.
