My daughter put a password on her phone, and now can not get in the phone. She knows the password, but it won't allow her to type in the password. This is a Blackberry Style phone, and I'm not seeing the button on the top left other phones say to press. I have pushed all over the place trying to locate this button.

It won't allow her to type in the password, as in that you are not getting the password entry screen?
