My buttons quit working

All of the sudden, my buttons quit working..(tracking ball) on, off,  out, menue.  took the battery out.  nothing,  updated.... nothing.  Went to the telus store, told me to go get it fixed,  all of the sudden it started working again, but next day, the buttons quit working again.  The phone rings, and I can answer it.  but I can not call out, check e-mails, or even reboot.

I can hear them come in,  but can not access, or call for voice mail messages.

When it started working I rebooted, but now it isn't working again.

Re: My buttons quit working

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given what you describe, I'd deduce a hardware problem, likely heat related -- as the device heats/cools, some loose connections inside are made/broken, causing the behavior to change as the heat level of the device changes. If I am correct, then there's nothing we can do at an internet-distance to help...only in-hand evaluation by a qualified hardware technician can give you a proper diagnosis and estimate.

Good luck!
