I bought a blackberry style 9670 2 months ago and had to return it because it was freezing up on me and not allowing me to use the phone for up to 5 minutes at a time.

I get a new one and now the same thing is happening with this one.   I'm missing calls and text messages because the phone is frozen. 

Has anyone had this issue with this phone ... and if so... how did you resolve it?

It's a constant problem for me too .. and havent been able to fix it other than a battery pull

This is a rather sinking feeling knowing that Blackberry made a dud and wont recall it or fix it.

I aso have blacb 9670. It also freezes up spint is sending me a new one I've only had this one 3weeks

Can photors from folders or library be sent to sim card? Thankyou in advanced

Bell Mobility replaced the first phone for me after a few weeks but the second one is just as bad. 

I really dont think I'll ever buy another blackberry.  I dont know why they wouldnt recall a phone that's obviously defective.

I'm not happy with them and will never reccomend them.

Mine grezzes constantly, now the trackpad has crashed completely as well.  Frustrating.

I talked to my provider yesterday and they said to back up the phone then wipe it clean then check for any updates from this site and if it still freezes to bring it back for repairs.

He warned me not to pull the battery too many times because it will damage the phone.

EllaNchanyed Thanks for your input. I had already did what you said, Received my new 9670 4 days ago it has froze up twice already. I will try to get a up grade or a replacement. I will not accept another 9670 BB. Will keep you informed.Thanks again.

Good luck Comega ... I really hope things work for you.

I'm really thinking of getting an upgrade .... seems as though the 9670 is a dud no matter how many times it's exchanged or fixed.

Shame on you BlackBerry for not recalling the phone!!!!!!!!
