Vibrate mode

Seem to have an intermittent problem without style 9670. When phone is placed in a case/holster it defaults to vibrate even after it has been removed from the case it is still in vibrate mode even with vibrate set to off...what am I missing...thanks for reading this and replies....phone has been rebooted and no updates seem to be available

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your BlackBerry® Style™ 9670 smartphone and the sound settings.


Is your holster an authentic accessory? 


Use BlackBerry® Desktop Software and backup your device data and reset your Sounds/Profiles database as shown in KB10167 How to clear the user content databases from the BlackBerry smartphone


After the database is cleared then reconfigure your profiles then try again with the holster.
