I have looked in the forums, and there are a couple of posts on this subject, but no answers. I have had this problem before, and a battery pull fixed the problem. However, it is not fixing it now. My girlfriend also has the Style 9670, and does not have this issue. Nothing has worked, updates, reboots, battery pull, resetting the router. How can this be fixed!!

I removed all apps, wiped all data, and restored to factory - still NOTHING !!!!

UPDATE TO POST IF ANYONE IS READING ----

Could not get any help, and couldn't fix the problem. Went to Sprint Store and they replaced the phone.

Hi dsabrom,

What happens when you turn on the Wi-Fi® radio?  Do you get any error messages or does it just turn off again?  What is the current version of BlackBerry® Device Software you have installed?
