Adobe Flash is not supported by many phones at all, so you're going to be searching for a while for one that supports it. As for Android apps, there's talk that the BlackBerry PlayBook will support Android apps so you can only guess that it might transcend to BlackBerry phones as well in time.
For the present, though, BlackBerry offers many different phones with some great features. If you look around, you might just find exactly what you're looking for.

There is a netflix app for BlackBerry.
Could you tell me which "hip" smartphones do have Flash on them? eh?
Will your Android have all the cool BlackBerry apps? iPhone apps?
No and No.

I know for a fact the Nexus S supports flash, my uncle recently wanted a phone that could support Flash and dumped his Blackberry for it. I like it, if you're willing to make the switch. The Android OS isn't hard to get used to at all, the only thing I don't like are Touch Screen keyboards, but I could get used to those too...
