My wife just got a new (refurbished) 9670 (sprint) two days ago and it is already freezing up on her. It froze today when she was ending a phone call and closing the phone. It displayed an error code 601. Best as I can find that error is for an email app error but heres my question. She does not have any email accts set up on the phone she does not use the phone for email at all so why would this error code come up?
