Okay, so I lost my phone a few days ago, and have now received a replacement; same model. Though I had the original phone deactivated by my carrier, Blackberry will not allow me to sign in with my previous email address and password. It is preventing me from doing a number of things. I do NOT want to change my registration and sign in info; I have enough web variety as it is. What can I do??
