set up replacement for lost phone

Okay, so I lost my phone a few days ago, and have now received a replacement; same model.  Though I had the original phone deactivated by my carrier, Blackberry will not allow me to sign in with my previous email address and password.  It is preventing me from doing a number of things.  I do NOT want to change my registration and sign in info; I have enough web variety as it is.  What can I do??

Hello,

Contact your mobile service provider to ensure that they have 100% shifted all of your accounts from the old BB to the new one. If what you are logging into is your initial BB ID, you should be able to shift that to the new BB. Your carrier can sort it out and is responsible for all of your formal support, including escalating into RIM if they cannot resolve it.
