synchronizing email

im trying to reconcile my email with my wireless phone...when i hit options on the messages icon, i dont have a choice to reconcile so not sure where to go from here...please help! thanks!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Here is a KB that discusses BIS-level OTA email reconciliation:

  • KB05133 Email reconciliation features for the BlackBerry Internet Service

Hopefully it contains something useful!

 

Further, the menu command of "Reconcile Now" only applies to BES environments...if you are on BES, then this KB might apply:

  • KB04401 Wireless Reconcile option is missing
