I upgraded to the new OS last night and found that I was no longer able to assign ringtones to contacts or change them. I did some google-fu and found a solution.
Once you load the OS upgrade, DELETE FACEBOOK. Then reinstall it and you will be able to change and assign ringtones again.
I hope this saves some of you the time I invested!!!!
