4 Icons instead of the OS7 layout after BES Activation

Hi all,

 

I've recently purchased a Bold 9900 and was enjoying the OS7 layout until I sync'd with the BES.

 

 

After the sync for some reason the icons were reduced to 4 per line instead of the OS7 layout and have to scroll much more because of the "wide" layout of the icons.

 

 

I have clean wiped it twice and was a pain with our IT support to issue me a new pw for the BES activation but no luck it kept on going back to the 4 icon arrangement after the BES activation.

 

Any recommendations would be appreciated.... :smileyhappy:
