I am completely unable to download the updated software using the links provided here.  Only blank page gets returned.  I've tried all the usual(i.e Clear cache, different browsers, different browser versions, rebooting).  Not feeling really confidant in RIM right now.  So, assuming RIM would plan for such failures, I'm asking for an alternate download link for Theme Builder, JDE, and MDS.  Newest versions....

We were having some issues with downloads.  Were you able to download the BlackBerry Theme Studio?  If not, please try the following.

1)      Navigate to the Developer Zone and log in.

2)      Navigate to the file you want to download (right up to the point before you click the “download” button.)

3)      Copy the browser address for the download page.

4)      Return to the Developer Zone home screen and logs out.

5)      Clear cache.

6)      Restart your browser.

7)      Navigate directly to the link they copied in step 3.

8)      Fill out the forms and proceeds until you hit the download page.

9)      Click “Download”.

I'm still having this same issue -- stumbled upon this post via Google, but I'm trying to download the Eclipse plugin for standard Java App development.

3. Time of attempted download
4. Developer Zone login ID (email address)
5. Exact product (with version) you are trying to download.
