I am having the same issue on vista and changing the compatibility mode also does nothing
What other programs need to be installed before the theme studio can be installed

Sir,
Is there any idea as to when 64 Bit support might happen?

I have windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and it installed now problem. My simulators even run flawlessless unlike in eclipse or JDK. Make sure your installing to the Program FIles (x86) folder.

I'm running windows 7 32 bit and i am getting the same InstallAnywhere error asking for a new destination. I do not have a Program FIles (x86) folder so where should i be saving this to?
My ability to use this program is going to determine my future projects in more then one course that i am currently enrolled in. If there isn't one now, will there be a fix soon?

Do we know when/if this will have 64-bit support?

If anyone is still having problems with this, I got it to work!
What you have to do is log into the Administrator account on Windows 7. If it's not activated, just google "activate windows 7 administrator account," follow the directions, and install using that account.
I couldn't get past unpacking the installer, but it went QUICKLY on the admin acct!
