BlackBerry Themes & Animated Graphics

I downloaded and installed the Blackberry Theme Builder 5.0.......I have created a theme and when I go to export it says it is installed correctly and I cannot find it on my device..I have a BB 8900 Curve with OS 4.6.1.250...I have tried it with Desk Top Mgr and straight to the device form BB theme builder...can anyone point me into the right direction?? I have searched the forum but couldn't find an answer...thanks in advance

It should be listed in your "Options -> Themes" on the BlackBerry.  Is it not located there?

No it is not there... I even tried to export again but it says that it is already there... but I searched my whole BB and could not find it

anyone have any ideas on what is going on or what I'm doing wrong? I did notice that the file is .thm and not .cod? I do not know how to convert that

I assume that you are using the first option to publish to your device.  What is the message that comes up in the dialog when you do this?

I'm not sure if I understand what your talking about....when I go to export in the theme builder I selected export to blackberry and it shows that it went through and it should be in my themes menue

I have a BB Tour, os 4.7. I'm having the same problem--its not with all of my themes, but the majority of themes I make. I make them and test them on the simulator, and it works there. But when I try to install them on my phone they don't work. They show that they're there in the Desktop manager, but not on my phone. I have try both exporting them to my phone and to the BB desktop manager, but neither way works. My next thing is to try and export them as OTA.  I have a feeling that that won't work either since i have recently download a theme someelse made by ota and its done the same thing. not sure what the problem is. . .any help is appreciated.

Is your theme created for the BB 8900 Curve? 

Try this.  Create a new theme and select BB 8900 Curve from the drop down.  Import your current file and then try an export.  Does that work?

I have a BB 8900 curve and I have the same probem.

When exorting to device I can see on the BB screen the communication taking place, but in the option>theme menu they don't appear.

XP on the pc and 4.6.1.250 (platform 4.2.0.113) on the device.

I was finally able to export my theme!! I exported it to the computer and I was selecting 5.0 instead of 4.6 format....it worked and my theme looks awsome!!
