How do I import .swf or video file like mp4 to composer??? composer says that you can import video files such as mp4, avi and mpg but when I import them nothing happens… also when i try to import a .swf the project is blank…. kinda confused….

Is there a special formatting that flash files need to undergo in order to be imported into Composer?
Not particularly although you may find better success by exporting to previous Flash versions, since the newer Flash versions tend to rely more heavily upon ActionScript which we don’t currently support. The Composer User Guide contains a section entitled “Importing Flash content”.
so what version of versions of flash are compatible??? how should i be exporting my .swf file to import to composer???
any thoughts…. has anyone else figured out how to do this yet???
