Thanks for the response! However I still have the same problem. I can download the program just fine, it hangs up on installation at the file BBAlphaSans.ttf. I have just left it, let the program do its thing but after over an hour, I figure something is wrong here. I running Vista on my laptop so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Can you specify if you are running either a 32 or 64 bit version of Vista?

I have the same install problem and hangup location (at "Installing... BBAlphaSans.ttf"). I tried a second time after a reboot and closing lots of "friendly" startup apps with the same bad result. Running 32-bit Windows XP Professional SP3.

I disabled my network connection, disabled McAfee, and also terminated a McciBrowser.exe process (which may have appeared with a recently installed version of HughesNet Tools, ugh). Theme Studio then installed successfully. FWIW, a subsequent scan of the RIM Program Files folder was clean!

Same here, just tried and stops exactly on the same font. What I did was, without stopping the installation, to disable the antivirus (AVG), but this wasn't enough. I went to process explorer and killed all antivirus tasks; while I was at it, I saw that the RIM auto updater was running, so I killed it too, when I went back to the Theme Studio installation I saw that it had completed and was now going to install the USB drivers. I don't know if it was the antivirus or RIM's own auto updater what was preventing the installation from completing.
I got another error, it seems that Desktop Manager 5.0.1 has newer USB drivers, so TS gives you a warning and tells you to uninstall those drivers first. I think it should just skip the installation if it finds new drivers, not tell the user to uninstall the newer drivers.

Disabiling the antivirus and RimDesktop allowed the developer to install
