I got around this by making a copy of the fonts by going to Start, Run, c:\windows\fonts, drag the font that the installer is freezing on to your desktop somewhere, then delete/uninstall it (right click it in the fonts window), then install Theme Builder 5.0, reboot, then right click each font file and hit install 1 by 1 to put them back, and yer good to go...

Running Windows7, when installing Theme Studio 5.0, it stopped during installation told me it found a newer version of the BBSans.tif (and subsequent fonts) in my Windows/font folder and if I wanted to replace it with this older version. I just clicked no and it finished installing fine. Maybe they fixed it (just downloaded TS today) or it's a Win7 thing.

i am also running to this problem and can not solve it. can you tell me which fonts you copied out of the font folder?

Killing an errant OUTLOOK.EXE process cleared the way for me.

I had the same problem, I finally got it to work by installing it in Safe Mode
