Problem exporting theme to my BlackBerry device for testing

Hi,

 

I am having a problem exporting my designed theme to my BlackBerry device for testing. It says export successful but I can not locate the theme in options > themes

 

Can anyone help me, please?

Hi,

 

How are you exporting?  The target OS is important when you are using the export dialog. The target must be equal or less than the OS you have on your device. You can check your device version by going into "Options->About".

 

A simplier way to get the theme on your device is to connect it via USB and use the "Install to BlackBerry" option in the export dialog or use the "Preview Theme on BlackBerry" toolbar button.  The software figures out what OS you have and exports appropriately.
