First of all, sorry for my English. I can't use it so well.
Can I add one theme product that support both BB OS 5 and OS6?
Now what I do is just seperate them into two products (eg. "A THEME for OS 5.0" only and "A THEME for OS 6.0".
But I see some themes in appworld say that It support both OS?
Now I think some solutions that
1. When I upload release file just upload them seperately like
First file bundle -->Device 9300 for OS 5.0
Second file bundle --> Device 9300 for OS 6.0
Is this way will cause problem?
2. Pack two version in one zip and upload it and tick it for OS 5.0
Are these two solution is right? Or there is another way to do it.

Hi,
Well what you can do is the solution you mentioned. I would suggest that you have 2 zip files, one for OS5 9300 and one for OS6 9300. When it comes to uploading these, simply add the OS5 zip file and select min OS to OS5. Then add another file bundle in the same release as the OS5 and set the min OS to OS6. So basically you have 1 release with 2 file bundles. When a user downloads your theme, they will automatically download the one correct for their device so this should not cause a problem at all.
Hope that helps, if you need extra help feel free to post again.

Hi
Thank you very much for your help!
I have one more question.
If I release a product that support only OS 5.0, then
can I add theme OS 6.0 by release it as version 2.0 by upload OS6 zip file only?

No problem! ![]()
That is not a problem either. Just add a new release with the version 2.0 and set the min upgrade price to the same price of the OS5 version and then select min OS to OS6. For example you have a theme called "theme1". You add one release of this theme and send it to approval (OS5 version), because your OS66 version of the theme isn't ready yet. When the OS6 theme is ready, add a new release (2.0) and set the min OS to 6 and change the min upgrade price.
Hope that helps and good luck with your theme.
