Standard BB company branded image?

Hi

 

I'm failry new to the BB scene and I have a quick question:

 

I've inherited a Lotus Notes domain and BES with around 400 BB users on a varitity of devices. I would like (need!) to create a standard image for these devices, ie company branded wallpaper and hiding a couple of icons and locking a few features etc etc.

 

I have found the Plazmic CDK so the theme creation looks straight forward but my question is how do I create an 'image' with hidden icons/restrictions etc that I can roll out to other devices? I can't see any option of doing this in Plazmic?
