Theme Builder Sample Files / Icons

Hi All,

I would like to know the icons / sample files that are provided with the programe are they copyrighted? are we allowed to make changes edits and resell? when making a theme...

I have the same question. Can I re-distribute icons that come with the Theme Builder?
