Is blackberry 10 supporting themes? and if it is then is there a theme creator different for BB10 or the one used for earlier devices can be used?

Unfortunately, as confirmed there will be no Theme Builder 7 for OS7 devices, neither a Theme Builder X for Blackberry 10 devices. As such, you will not be able to build themes for the Blackberry 10.

Just to clarify will their be a way to build themes for BB10 or are stuck just with the ones that come with the device.

There will be no Theme Studio product for BlackBerry 10 and there will be no theme support in the BlackBerry 10 OS.
