I finally got this! Here's the deal. I was logging in with my account info at the login prompt. If i cleared my cookies and then "Didn't log in" and refilled out the info, it would let me download......whew! Hope this helps someone else.....
I am also having trouble downloading theme studio 5.0. when I click the link to download the next page has the menus at the top side and bottom, but the center of the page is blank. I also get the same result in simulators, but i am able to download 4.7

2. windows vista 64 bit
3. internet explorer 8.0.6001.18828 and google chrome 3.0.195.33
Did you try what i did above. I had that exact same problem for days until i cleared cookies and made sure i wasn't already logged in. I knew i was successful when i got a page to fill out my information again.
i cleared my cookies, infact i cleared everything in the delete browsing history. i made sure i wasn't logged in and i am still getting the same old thing. i click on download button and i get a page that is blank in the middle and it does nothing else, it doesnt even ask me to fill anything out.
