Last month my Digital River payment was around $200 less than I expected it to be, checked the forums and thought it might just be holding some back for refunds, etc.
Just today received remittance for March sales and payment is out by around $1000 - this is simply just wrong, there's no way it should be out by that amount.
There's a lot of different messages on the forums here with people with similar problems, has anyone managed to sucessfully resolve an underpayment issue, and if so, how did you go about sorting it - who did you contact?
