this is my 4th or 5th Torch, ATT kept sending me refurbs, thse latest one just broke again, touchscreen dont work anymore.. and I didnt even hook it up to the computer or anything..
I tried hard reset but Im not gonna try and troubleshoot it anymore..
Im calling ATT to terminate my contract.. I had it.. IM DONE!!!
seems like every week Im getting a new Torch and a week later Im having problems..
Torch is junk, NEVER buying anything Blackberry EVER again..
Android is gonna stomp BB out of business AND into the sewers where they belong..

Pretty odd you're getting all the bad devices... all with the same issue.

i think its more of a curse..!
a jynx to be more precise ....there's never enough battery pulls that could fix that!!

I wanna keep it cuz I got so many accessories..
but I cant have a phone that works then doesnt??

Aslo what happened with Torcch number 3? I dont see a ranty post about it.
so mind telling us what apps you have and what OS is installed on the device?

lol, Torch #3 went baCK BECUZ the stouchscreen stopped working, although BB tech support said if I contacted them they coulda fixed it, he said ALL my problems I had with ALL phones were software related and coulda been solved.
the stoopid att reps kept sending me refurbs, but last time I finally got thru to a good att rep and she gave me ticket number where I was able to finally get thru to BB support and spoke with a BB tech support person, ticket number was good for 3 days..
anyhow, I have hardly any apps on this one.. maytbe like 1 or 2..
one of them is the Resart me app and the other is the 1000 ring tones one..
I am hesitant about installing app as Im quite weary about the phone and if I install all 60 apps on my account and then have to send back to get another phone, then I have to re install everything and it eats up my data plan like crazy!
anyway. all is fine, but Im still a lil paranoid as Im not sure if it just will stop working tomm..
but the tech support gave me hints on how I can fix it should I have problems.. but I dont wanna have to do this as its a long process to do a clean re install...
Im just a lil scared that my Torch will stop working AFTER the warranty ends, then im screwed..
