606 Reset

I have a Torch 9810.  I had the older version of the Torch which I loved and which I lost.  So based on my experience with that device, I replaced it with the 9810.  I have had nothing but issues with it.  This is the second one I have and I guess they all have issues.  The worst is the 606 reset.  I just had it again.  I use this device for work and it makes it difficult.  The phone often freezes up which requires me to pull out the battery to get it working again.   Help!!

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB23954 "App Error 606" is displayed on the BlackBerry smartphone
