HI!

The phone connects to any WiFi network without any problems, but do not not use it. In the network diagnostic, I see that the phone gets the local ip address 0.0.0.0. In the logs of my home WiFi router, I see that the router gives out IP-address to the phone and register it online. Please help me to solve this problem. I'd like to use WiFi at my phone.

Thanks for your Post..!!

Please do take back up of your device usng desktop manager & perform a security wipe.

Go to : Option > security option > security wip > select email and contacts & type blackberry on given space and clik on wipe.

After security wipe, your handheld will back in factory settings, now connect Wi-fi and observe.

Now restore back up of your device but not full back up, select customized back up and uncheck Wlan settings and restore rest everything.

Have you tried it without restoring data. Also try by switching mobile network.

Please delete wi-fi profile and re-add it may slve the issue. Please perform and do let us know..

Please check whether you have update OS in your device or not. If not, please perform a OS update on your handheld.

I have OS ver. 6.0.0.723 (3106) in my BB. BlackBerry Desktop Software says that it is the last firmware version in my BB.

Please analyse wi-fi connectivity in some other location and on different wi-fi setups as well, whether you get IP or not.
