I bought a new phone from Canada, used in US, then moved to China. It worked perfectly in US with AT&T as the carrier. Then I moved to China and switch to a local carrier. I can make calls, text, and browse the internet. But some apps don't work, such as the app world and map. How can I solve the problem? By the way, I have data package with the local carrier.

Hello,
You did not reveal the carrier you are attempting to use in China, but in quickly checking China Mobile and China Telecom, neither appears to natively support the 9810. Using a device model on a carrier network that does not natively support the specific model number is challenging. Even if you have the proper data package (not a generic one, of course, but a BB specific plan), the carrier network may not properly register the device nor deliver the required Service Books.
But, you can try these steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
If step 1 or 2 does not properly completely, then it is likely the issue of your model BB not being natively supported by their network. In many cases, folks in that situation choose to not try the very challenging "tricks" to get their BB working and instead opt for replacement with a device model that is properly supported by their chosen network provider.
Good luck!
