hi,
i have problem installing sofeware update, in the middle updating get this msg unable to connect to you device when updating (Reconnecting to JVM). my pc usb cable port and battery is good.
bb totally can not on, only white screen.
please need help ..

Pr-requisite –
Step #01:

Before you start Desktop Software search your C: drive for Vendor.xml and delete it. One can look for Vendor.xml in the following location -

thanks for reply, i read and do the infomation to installing given, and i do other way (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader + click icon loader. yes the install working but its still same stuck at (reconnecting to JVM)... any more ideas..
