I i had a problem with my first torch with bottons coming loose..i returned it to at&t under warranty they gave me a new phone..
now this new torch has everything updated.. now when i try to log in to app world ..i am able to login on the computer.. but not on the phone
when i try installing or downloading an app it asks for me to login.. when i input my information it says authenticating then goes back to asking for my password and email..and this never stops..
i tried deleting all my data, i tried reinstalling app world i tried creating a new app world account and nothing.. i have tried just about everything i could possibly think of
when i log in an try to install the apps from the computer using the web browswer it reaches a point where it needs to sync and then it opens a new page sayin web session has expired and makes me log in back into my app world account..
i have spent 4 hours trying to solve this issue and no success
