I have hjad no problems with the navigator produt on my blackberry bold, I upgraded to the torch and installed the product, making sure it was activated on my new account and try to use it. Every time the product hangs login in at 99% and hangs indefinatly.

When I connected to my enterprise system, got permission setting OKed, the AT&T Navigator kept looping asking me to save again. It does this 100% of the time. Any solutions? My enterprise IT folks talked to AT&T and Telenav specialists which concluded that Blackberry locked the firewall and they knew no way to disable the firewall to let the AT&T Navigator to complete its install.

Of all the silly things, it was my location that was going it. Inside I was getting no signal from any sats, went outside, did a refresh and poof it worked fine. Check the options for gps, if it cant find your adress, nether can navigator. Go outside, do a refresh location, then try it.

I recommend downloading the latest version of telenav. From your blackberry browser go to this link:
http://ota.telenav.com/ota/tnatt choose RIM as the phone manufacturer, then select version 9000 Build 18.104.22.1686.
After it is installed, make sure older versions of the application are "hidden" from your bb home screen and only this new version is visible. I almost made the mistake after the install of launching same old version again. (on home screen, highlight the obsolete icon, press the bb menu button and select: hide)
The new version that was installed was put into the Download folder on the bb. I had to move the new Navigator icon to the Home screen. (highlight icon, press bb menu button and select: move to home)
