Hi,
I'm unable to access my outlook account since the newest update of the OS. I tried asking the techiest ppl around me. Could anyone please help me -I truly need these emails!

Hi,
My employer uses Outlook for emails. Prior to the latest OS update, when setting up a new email address, I had the option to select "outlook" as an option, and then set-up my work emails through it.
Since I have completed my latest update, I'm unable to add my work email as outlook is not amongst the categories offered in email setup.
Any help would be highly welcome!

Well I can definitely help you out more.
Do you know if the email account is setup for POP3, IMAP or Exchange in Outlook?
Once we can figure that information out, then we can proceed with the new steps to setup the email.
