App World- my world



I cannot access my world in App world, when I try it says "please wait" then nothing happens? Also when I try and upgrade an app it does the same thing, how can I fix this?

Always start with a battery pull. It's probably just a software glitch and a battery pull should resolve it.
To do a battery pull, remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

The icoon of app world is gone out of my menu

i tried te reinstal it, but i get the notice that it already excist on my phone?

But i can't find it anywere

Please can yu help me, because i cant update anything now
