App World - saying "connect device" but device already connected



I have a blackberry torch 9800 and I'm trying to download an app called "Documents to Go".  The app costs around £11 and for some reason I am unable to download it directly onto my device.  I have connected the device to the desktop manager and when I go to download any app from the app store via my PC it tells me to connect my device, however my device is already connected.


I have checked with Vodafone and with our BES administrators to ensure there is nothing restricting this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
