BB ID & E Mails

Firstly i cannot log on to BB ID it comes up with an message that my password is wrong but it is the password I log on on the PC.

Secondly I turned my roaming off while I went to Canada for a week on my return I switched it back on. Since then I am unable to send or receive emails.
