Hello,

I am new in the forum.

I have a huge problem. My phone just started acting up when I try to use my camera. Everytime y try using my camera my phone reboots itself.

I have kept my phone up to date with updates and I have been taking good care of it.

I've already ruled out:

-Water damage (has never been wet or near water whatsoever

-Phone software version (have tried downgrading to multiple versions and upgrading to latest)

-Restore to security copies made when camera worked

I don't consider myself a know-it-all guy but am pretty literate in phones and computers, but I have to admit that this time I feel dumb. =P

Anyways, if anyone can help me, I would reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally appreciate it!

a user here had a flakey battery, once he got a new one the camera worked fine.

try taking a pic with no flash, that draws more current and possible causing it with a weak battery
