I have bought a new Torch 9810
If the battery is empty, the phone goes down as all phones do
But ....... it takes about 5 hours before you can power up the phone again to make a call.
Is this ''normal'' for a Blackberry Torch 9810?
Is there a fix?

Not it isn't normal, it takes hardly 5 mins to reboot, or restart.
